At Realism Is Loyalty, we know that life brings challenges, and for some families, that includes navigating a young person’s struggle with addiction.

Whether it’s alcohol, drugs, or behavioral addictions, our Real Clean program is designed to meet adolescents where they are, with services that recognize the unique emotional and psychological needs of youth.

Real Clean goes beyond treatment—we take a person-centered, family-centered approach that acknowledges co-occurring disorders and the often unspoken trauma driving addiction. Every assessment and group session is crafted with intention, tailored to support real healing and long-term recovery.

Using a blend of evidence-based modalities—including Peer Recovery Support (mentoring) and Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT)—our goal is to restore connection, promote accountability, and build stronger futures for both youth and their families.
