Articulation Navigation
Articulation Navigation is RIL’s high-intensity mentorship program for youth ages 13–17 returning to the community from residential placement, jail, or prison.
Referred through local court services, participants receive culturally responsive therapy and consistent mentorship from a team with lived experience.
Our mentors lead with empathy and accountability, connecting with youth through at least 4 weekly touchpoints to build trust and foster change. With a non-judgmental approach, we walk alongside each participant as they explore topics like substance misuse, education, and overall wellness — supporting mental and behavioral shifts that lead to long-term success.
Each participant co-creates with their mentor a personalized action plan grounded in cognitive behavioral strategies and real-world goals that are relevant, realistic, and measurable. This isn’t just reentry support: it’s a pathway to restoration, growth, and a real future.
