Don is a devoted husband and proud father of four—three daughters and one son—whose life’s work is grounded in love, purpose, and a deep commitment to community. With over 20 years of experience working with at-risk youth, Don brings not just professional expertise, but heart, empathy, and a fierce dedication to every life he touches.

While he could have chosen countless career paths, Don’s journey led him to Realism Is Loyalty—a place where passion and purpose collide. For him, this work isn’t just a job; it’s a calling born from lived experience and a desire to be a light for others navigating the darkness.

To Don, the youth and families served by RIL are more than faces—they are family. He gives all of himself in walking alongside them, offering unwavering support, compassion, and guidance. In doing so, he not only pours into others but also finds deep personal fulfillment in answering the call to serve, uplift, and love his community with everything he has.
