OUR PROGRAMS
Any program is only as good as its focus on
the individuals the program serves.
In all our programs, our focus and passion is to ensure they are empowering, encouraging, and strengthening the individuals they serve, no matter the challenges they face.
We believe to do this, Case Management Services are paramount. Participants that engage in our programs or services, specifically those returning to the community from residential placement, jail, or prison, are assigned a Case Manager.
Regular assessments and engagement continue as participants begin to apply the information, skills, and tools learned throughout this walk and move toward a change in their thinking process.
We laser focus considerable engagement around the various immediate needs of participants, including:
- substance abuse
- educational pursuits
- vocational training interest and/or possibilities
- workforce development (soft skills)
- financial literacy
- health & wellness
We collectively identify current strengths and weaknesses of participants, as well as community resources and partner organizations, to make them aware of any additional programs, services, and community opportunities, and we help them get connected.
